In this role you drive partner-generated pipeline in the German market, aligning with the DACH growth agenda. You own the partner Generation Plan, bridging Demand Generation, Marketing, Sales and Partnerships to unlock revenue opportunities. Expect hands-on execution alongside strategic planning, from joint GTM plays to performance analysis.

You will shape scalable growth playbooks while experimenting with new channels and AI-powered initiatives. The position offers impact across partners, products and cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Own the pipeline generation strategy for partners in Germany and translate goals into concrete growth plans
- Create joint GTM strategies across events, campaigns, outbound, co-marketing, enablement and experiments
- Analyse funnel performance, pipeline creation, ROI and influenced revenue to guide decisions
- Develop repeatable, scalable growth playbooks adaptable to each partner
- Experiment with new channels, messages, formats and working methods to source qualified pipeline
- Leverage AI and technology to speed up campaign creation, research,



prospecting, analysis and execution
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and align internal and partner priorities
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and other teams to connect partner initiatives to Factorial GTM
- Own the portfolio pipeline performance and seek ways to increase impact

Responsabilidades

- Native-level German and excellent English
- Strong commercial and business mindset emphasizing pipeline and revenue generation
- 2–5 years in Demand Generation, Growth, B2B Marketing, Sales or Partnerships
- Comfort with owning numbers, data-driven decision making
- Strategic thinker xugodme who can both define GTM strategy and execute campaigns
- Autonomous and proactive; can identify problems and implement solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data-driven with ability to connect campaign performance to funnel and revenue
- Builder mentality; thrive in evolving, high-growth environments
- Bias for action in fast-moving settings
