In this Principal Product Manager role, you will own zero-to-one initiatives in OLX's Real Estate business, shaping new value and growth. You will lead 2–3 strategic efforts in parallel, from concept through market validation to scaled delivery, with a focus on AI-enabled capabilities. You’ll influence senior stakeholders, operate in a matrixed environment, and tie product decisions to revenue impact.

This is a fast, impact-driven role that values bold thinking, execution, and cross-market collaboration.

Responsabilidades

- 8+ years of product management experience launching new products from zero to one
- AI native mindset—integrating AI into daily work and product thinking

- Fast, execution-driven with momentum-focused delivery
- Strong product craft: discovery, lean experiments, xugodme data-driven decisions, compelling narratives
- Executive presence to defend concepts and gain senior alignment
- Business and financial acumen: unit economics, Pu0026L thinking, ROI-informed decisions
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel with minimal oversight
- Marketplace or two-sided marketplace experience is a plus
- Comfort with cross-functional, multicultural teams across markets
- Willingness to travel about every two months
