Coordinate with internal teams to accelerate sales, improve customer satisfaction, and secure long-term partnerships while identifying opportunities to expand service portfolio adoption through tailored solutio ns.Key Responsibili ties Outbound Sales: Actively prospecting and engaging with potential customers to identify and close sales opportunities for on-demand Service Contracts and Maintenance/Repair Servi ces. Inbound Sales: Handling incoming customer inquiries, providing product information,



and addressing customer needs effectiv ely. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and proactively offering soluti ons. Sales Funnel Management: Managing your own sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow- ups. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer car, engineering, and field services.
