In this role you will manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of global publishers to drive revenue and loyalty. You’ll work in publishing within a dynamic, international team and report to the Head of Publishing. You’ll use internal tools and analytics to hit revenue goals while delivering a best-in-class experience for clients.

This position sits at the intersection of sales and account management, offering exposure to innovative ad-tech and opportunities to shape publisher partnerships.

Responsabilidades

- Develop and manage relationships with 25–40 general publishers (webmasters)
- Achieve revenue goals and KPIs for the portfolio
- Utilize internal tools and resources to drive performance and loyalty




- Grow revenue through strong contracts and long-term client credibility
- Provide a leading customer experience and report portfolio status to the Head of Publishing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs

Requisitos principales

- 2+ years in online sales/digital marketing
- Experience in account management with revenue accountability
- Fluent English; other languages valued
- Strong knowledge of ad xugodme networks and related technology platforms
- Technical skills: HTML, JavaScript tags, Analytics tools
- Understanding of ad models (CPC, CPM, CPA, CPV)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and team-work
- Independent, proactive, data-driven with strong Excel skills
- Experience as Webmaster/Blogger or Affiliate is valued
