Mercor is seeking an experienced program/operations manager fluent in Spanish to lead delivery for a team of senior domain experts training and evaluating AI agents.

You will own throughput, quality, and expert performance for the Spanish (Spain) cohort across finance, consulting, law, medicine, STEM and HR.

This remote role is 40 hours per week with a defined pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19, focusing on scalable delivery and rigorous review workflows. xugodme
