In this role, you lead a general Revenue Enablement team to translate strategy into measurable performance across GTM functions. You partner with senior leaders to align enablement with business outcomes and scale programs that boost seller productivity and reduce churn. You drive the AI transformation in enablement, leveraging AI-powered coaching and automated workflows to create high-impact, scalable processes.

- Set vision for a global team and lead 8 experts across Enablement, Programs, Operations, and AI
- Partner with senior GTM leadership to align enablement strategy with business outcomes
- Build and scale programs to improve productivity and execution across GTM
- Define and execute a clear enablement roadmap prioritizing high-impact needs

- Oversee global program portfolio from onboarding to leadership development

Responsabilidades

- 10+ years in Revenue Enablement, Sales/CS Enablement or related function
- 5+ years of inspiring and leading teams
- Experience partnering with senior commercial leaders
- Experience in global SaaS/technology environments with Sales and Customer Success
- Strong xugodme command of revenue methodologies and customer lifecycle management
- Experience connecting enablement strategy to business outcomes
- Practical experience deploying AI or automation in enablement or GTM context
- Fluent professional English; additional languages a plus
- Occasional international travel
