Role Description This full-time Sales Specialist role at TDG Ibernavitas is based in Madrid and follows a hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration with partial work-from-home flexibility.

The Sales Specialist will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to presenting solutions, preparing proposals, and closing deals.

Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, responding to inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to tailor offerings, tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate CRM records, and preparing regular forecasts and reports. The Sales.

Qualifications

- 8 years demonstrated Sales experience in SOLAR & BESS managing pipelines, negotiating agreements, and consistently achieving or exceeding targets.




- Bachelor’sa degree in enginnering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; fluency in English and Spanish is highly beneficial.

- Strong Communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and build trust with diverse stakeholders.

- Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools, and strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market trends.
