We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of marketing automation capabilities. You will work closely with business, marketing, CRM, data, and technical teams to optimise customer journeys, enhance personalisation, and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Marketing Cloud.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive campaign automation, customer journey orchestration, audience segmentation, and personalisation.
- Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Data Cloud, Analytics, and Integration teams.
- Lead Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews.
- Track KPIs,



campaign performance, adoption, and ROI to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure platform governance, user adoption, and compliance with GDPR and data privacy requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–10 years of experience across Marketing Automation, CRM, Digital Marketing, Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business Analysis.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong expertise in:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud B2C
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Salesforce Data Cloud
- Business Process Design and Mapping
- Sales Strategies
- Strong understanding of marketing automation workflows, customer journeys, campaign management, segmentation, and personalisation.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog prioritisation, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
