In this role you will manage the SAP Basis operations for S/4HANA and own end-to-end service delivery for SAP hosting. You will work with cross-functional teams to keep mission-critical SAP landscapes running efficiently and securely. You will balance hands-on technical administration with coordinating hosting service delivery and vendor collaboration. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position with a clear impact on performance, reliability, and scalable infrastructure.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- SAP Basis administration for S/4HANA (installation, configuration, patching, upgrades)
- Monitor performance, availability, and stability; proactively resolve issues
- Manage SAP transport system (TMS) and deployment of changes
- Troubleshoot complex SAP S/4HANA issues across DB, OS, and app layers
- End-to-end service delivery for SAP hosting,



including SLA/KPI management and service improvements
- Infrastructure orchestration for SAP HANA workloads (compute, memory, storage)
- Drive deployment automation using IaC tools (Ansible, Terraform)
- Lifecycle and capacity management of server hardware/virtuals
- Coordinate with infrastructure teams and ensure secure integration into Airbus network
- Collaborate on SAP project implementations, migrations, and landscape xugodme transformations
- Document configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting steps
- Provide technical support to end-users and IT teams

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven SAP Basis Administrator/Technical Specialist with S/4HANA focus
- Experience in Service Delivery Management for enterprise server infrastructure
