ALS is seeking a Director of Finance Transformation to co-lead our integral IPA programme within the Robot Factory, Data & AI team. You will drive the automation portfolio end-to-end, from discovery to executive reporting, spanning multiple regions and business streams.
The role requires 8+ years in finance transformation, hands-on RPA experience (UiPath), strong financial modelling skills and the ability to influence senior leaders across cultures.
