As Mission Security Engineer you join the Managed Detection and Response team to onboard clients and deploy security services. You will guide customers through technology implementations, support presales activities, and ensure a smooth transition to operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to tailor security baselines and optimize the customer journey. This is a hands-on role focused on increasing client security posture and satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Design and deploy security products at client sites
- Configure and tune security baselines for client environments




- Develop deep product knowledge and support delivery to customers
- Coordinate handover to the operations team and ensure ongoing support
- Engage with customers across technical and managerial levels
- Collaborate with PMO, DevOps, SOC Analysts, and other groups

Responsabilidades

- Experience in a consulting or client-facing xugodme security role
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Autonomous and able to manage multiple tasks with interfaces
- Fluent in English
- Experience with security technologies (EDR/NGAV, SIEM, vulnerability scanning)
- Cloud security and logging experience (Azure, AWS)
