As aSenior Communications& Visual Design Lead, you are the creative bridge between complex digital transformations and the global organization. You will own the visual identity, storytelling, and communication strategy for our digital initiatives, ensuring our impact is clearly communicated to stakeholders at all levels in Pharma Technical Operations.

In this role, you will translate intricate technical roadmaps and data milestones into compelling visual narratives, professional presentations, and engagement campaigns that drive awareness and adoption across the global Pharma Technical Operations (PT) network.

Core Responsibilities

- Communications Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication plans that articulate the vision, progress, and value of digital and data transformation initiatives.
- Visual Storytelling& Layout: Design and produce high-impact visual content, including executive slide decks, digital assets, infographics, and project collateral, ensuring a consistent and professional aesthetic.
- Content Creation: Draft, edit, and curate engaging content for various channels, including newsletters, digital signage, Intranet platforms, and team updates.
- Brand& Identity Management: Maintain and evolve the visual branding for the Digital& Data portfolio, ensuring all outputs align with Roche corporate identity standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement Support: Partner with the leadership "triad" (Program, OCM, and Digital Leads)



to prepare communication materials for town halls, leadership forums, and site-level engagement sessions.
- Digital Channel Management: Manage and optimize the digital presence of the Digital& Data team on internal platforms, ensuring information is up-to-date, accessible, and user-friendly.
- Executive Presentation Support: Collaborate directly with senior leadership to design complex data visualizations and performance dashboards that communicate strategic impact to non-technical audiences.
- Feedback& Metrics: Track communication effectiveness through engagement metrics, gathering feedback to continuously refine our messaging and visual strategy.

Who You Are You are a creative, detail-oriented professional with a passion for visual communication and storytelling. You possess a unique ability to simplify complex, technical information into intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and highly effective communications. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can partner with technical experts to "show, not just tell" the story of digital transformation.

You are highly collaborative, possess impeccable editorial judgment, and understand the importance of tailoring messaging to diverse audiences in a general, matrixed organization.

Qualifications& Expertise:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum requirements include:
- 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal engagement, or visual design within a complex or multinational corporate environment.
- Proven experience supporting digital transformation or change management programs is highly desirable.
- Design& Tool Literacy: Expert proficiency in presentation design (PowerPoint master templates), creative design software (Adobe Creative Cloud,



Figma), and information design tools. Experience leveraging AI-assisted workflows for rapid design ideation is an asset.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey strategic priorities clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple workstreams and design requests under tight deadlines, maintaining high attention to detail and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Presence: Demonstrated experience working closely with senior leadership and managing sensitive or highly visible project communications.
