In this role you will build Payhawk's email lifecycle program from the ground up, shaping how we nurture prospects and retain customers. You will own renewal, retention, lead-nurture, and opportunity-nurture campaigns, expanding into upsell, win-back, and advocacy initiatives. Working with regional marketing and marketing ops, you’ll ensure campaigns align with regional targets and are measured end-to-end.

As the first lifecycle marketer, you’ll create the playbook, establish processes, and partner across teams to scale impact.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Build and run renewal and retention campaigns to protect and grow the customer base
- Launch and manage lead-nurture tracks for prospects not yet sales-ready
- Launch and manage opportunity-nurture tracks to expand deal scope and increase win rates
- Expand into upsell and expansion campaigns, win-back and reactivation flows, and customer advocacy programmes




- Align campaigns with regional pipeline and retention targets with regional marketing leads
- Partner with marketing operations to ensure accurate tracking and reporting for every campaign
- Own all external customer email communications and oversee overall flow and sending with support/product marketing

Responsabilidades

- Senior lifecycle marketing experience in B2B SaaS with hands-on program building
- Deep expertise with a marketing automation platform end-to-end (segmentation, journeys, workflows, xugodme reporting)
- Comfort being the first and only person in the role with no existing playbook
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with regional marketing, ABM, partnerships, and marketing ops
- Track record of using retention/expansion metrics (NRR, GRR, churn) to guide strategy
