About you:

As a Senior Publisher Account Manager at Vidoomy, we are looking for someone ambitious, proactive, and highly motivated.

What we’re looking for?

- Spanish and English (C1 level), both spoken and written (this will be evaluated during the interview process).
- At least 3 years of experience in publisher management or acquisition within digital advertising, adtech companies, ad networks, or SSPs.
- A strong understanding of programmatic advertising and inventory monetization, particularly video formats.
- Experience developing publisher partnerships, from identifying opportunities and negotiating agreements to onboarding and growing accounts.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret metrics such as revenue, eCPM, fill rate, and viewability, identify opportunities, and recommend actions to improve inventory performance.
- A commercially driven, results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting publisher acquisition, retention, and revenue growth targets.
- The ability to independently manage a portfolio of publisher accounts, prioritize opportunities, and resolve issues in collaboration with technical and Ad Operations teams.




- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience using CRM tools.

Nice to have

- Experience working with premium publishers and an established network of contacts in your assigned market.
- Familiarity with Google Ad Manager, ad integrations, VAST, and header bidding.
- Experience supporting international expansion or entering new markets.
- The ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to improving team processes.

- Grow and strengthen Vidoomy’s publisher network by identifying and onboarding new partners.
- Build long-term publisher relationships, negotiate agreements, and develop existing accounts.
- Help publishers maximize their revenue through our advertising solutions.
- Collaborate with our Programmatic and technical teams to ensure smooth integrations and resolve issues.
- Analyze performance metrics and turn insights into actionable recommendations to improve monetization.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth for both our publishers and Vidoomy.
