As Senior Strategic Project Manager in the Office of the CEO, you drive cross-functional, high-impact initiatives across Luxembourg and Milan. Responsabilidades

- 6-7 years of hands-on experience in a regulated environment
- Regulatory expertise across compliance, legal, and regulatory matters
- Proven track record in end-to-end, multi-stakeholder project management
- Good high-level familiarity with fintech landscape, EMI licensing, and European regulation xugodme (PSD2/PSD3, AML/CFT, GDPR)
- Cross-border leadership across distributed offices and matrixed teams
- Executive presence with strong communication skills for synthesis of complex concepts
- Mobility to be based in Luxembourg with travel to Milan
- Languages: English fluent; Italian is a strong asset
