About the Project & Role ?

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Architect (ICT Architect Senior - Level 3) to lead the definition, evolution, and governance of the ServiceNow platform in a highly regulated enterprise environment.

In this role, you will act as the strategic bridge between technical architecture and business vision, working closely with the Platform Owner and Enterprise Architecture teams. You will guide technical teams in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and future-proof end-to-end solutions across multiple modules.

Main Responsibilities ?

- Architecture Design & Strategy: Design and maintain ServiceNow's technical architecture focused on stability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Technical Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap and integrate the architectural vision into the overall platform delivery plan.
- Multi-Module Integration: Design integrated solutions covering ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, IRM/GRC, CSM, and HRSD using appropriate integration patterns.
- Service Modeling: Lead the service modeling and CMDB (CSDM) strategy, ensuring data model health and evolution.
- Maximize Value: Drive automation, standardization, and simplification, challenging legacy requirements whenever necessary.
- Governance & Design Authority: Establish and enforce architectural standards, design patterns,



and technical governance through design reviews.
- Best Practices: Define engineering and development best practices for technical teams, guiding delivery and environment strategies.
- Trusted Advisor: Translate business requirements into technical solutions while communicating decisions and trade-offs to both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Mentorship: Develop and mentor internal architectural capabilities within the organization.

Candidate Profile ? ?? ?

1) Essential Qualifications:

- 7 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
- 7 years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture within regulated enterprise environments.
- 7 years of experience in compliance and auditing environments (Compliance/Audit).
- 4-6 years of experience in platform governance (Platform Governance).
- 6 years of proven experience in stakeholder management and technical communication to non-technical audiences.
- Fluent / Professional Level English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

2) Education & Certifications:

- Required: University Degree in Computer Science/IT CSA Certification (Certified System Administrator).

- Strong Advantage / Plus:
- CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or CMA (Certified Master Architect) certification.
- Direct experience in Design Authority or Enterprise Architecture roles.
- Knowledge or applied experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Fluent / Professional level of German.

- Preferred:




- CAD Certification (Certified Application Developer).
- CIS Certifications (ITSM, CSM, GRC, SecOps).
- Practical experience with CMDB/CSDM, BMC Discovery, Git, and regulated environments.
