Contribute to technical documentation, product optimization, market research, and customer training.

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Provide technical application support for global energy storage projects and customers, with a primary focus on Europe and Latin America.
- Conduct energy storage market and competitor research to support product planning and strategy development.
- Draft, translate, optimize, and maintain product and technical documentation throughout its lifecycle.
- Organize and deliver technical training for internal teams, including technical, sales, and service functions, as well as external customers.
- Collect, analyze, and communicate customer feedback and technical suggestions to support product optimization and continuous improvement.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) or a closely related field.
- Strong technical writing skills and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
- Strong analytical and learning capabilities, with a proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
- An interest in international energy storage markets and cross-functional collaboration.
