In this role you drive the end-to-end Source-to-Pay optimization within a global procurement and finance context. You own the P2P stream of a major ERP reset and lead broader S2P tool and process revamps to improve scalability and user experience. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process excellence, KPI tracking, and successful change management.

The role offers visibility across Finance, Procurement, and Technology, with a focus on transformative impact and operational efficiency.

Responsabilidades

- Lead revamps of S2P tools and processes with automation and digitalization initiatives (ZIP).
- Own the P2P stream of the Oracle Fusion ERP program, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance Operations and Controlling to streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies.




- Define and monitor KPIs to quantify process performance and identify improvements.
- Contribute to the Finance Modernization program and support cross-functional change management.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and training to drive adoption of best practices.
- Ensure continuous improvement and maintenance of the S2P chain, including processes and tooling.

Requisitos principales

- Proven experience leading procurement transformation initiatives, ideally in an ERP program context.
- Strong understanding of upstream and downstream procurement processes.
- Knowledge of the Procuretech ecosystem and familiarity with Oracle Cloud and/or SAP ERP systems is a plus.
- Strategic end-to-end process optimization thinking with pragmatic planning and execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills from end users to senior leaders.
- Fluent in English; Spanish or French is a plus.
- Experience in a global tech organization and ability to manage complex cross-functional projects. xugodme
