Role Description The Spanish Second Language Teacher will deliver high-quality remote instruction to corporate and individual learners, focusing on Spanish as a second language. This contract role involves planning and conducting engaging online lessons, aligning course content with CEFR levels and learner goals, and adapting teaching methods to diverse professional and cultural contexts. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson materials, assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance.





The teacher will collaborate with Lingua Learn’s academic team to ensure consistency in teaching standards and may contribute to curriculum improvements and specialized training programs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Language Teaching and Teaching, with proven experience in Spanish as a second or foreign language.
- Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and Education skills to design structured, learner-centered lessons aligned with CEFR standards.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Literature and cultural topics to enrich lessons with authentic materials and context.
- Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish and strong command of English (or relevant instruction language) for bilingual communication.
- Relevant degree in Languages, Education, Applied Linguistics, or a related field; teaching certifications (e.g., ELE, PGCE, CELTA-equivalent for languages) are an advantage.
- Experience teaching adults and corporate learners online, including familiarity with virtual classroom tools and digital learning resources.
- Excellent communication, intercultural competence, and the ability to work independently in a remote, international environment.
- Flexible scheduling availability to accommodate learners in multiple time zones.
