83zero Ltd in Madrid is seeking a Senior Support Engineer to join the Cortex XSIAM Support team. This highly customer-focused role requires strong troubleshooting and deep knowledge of endpoint security, SIEM technologies and networking. You will work with customers to investigate and resolve complex issues, manage escalations, and collaborate with internal Engineering to improve SLAs and customer experience.
