As Technical Director for Rail Infrastructure, you lead end-to-end programs for high-speed and conventional rail from concept to operational handover. You act as technical authority and shadow operator, aligning Ou0026amp;M interests with design decisions. You drive maintenance concepts, lifecycle cost reviews, and value engineering across subsystems, guiding international, multidisciplinary teams.

This role offers impact at scale within a integral, mission-driven firm focused on resilient infrastructure. You will shape standards and mentor engineers while representing EC’s technical leadership.

- Develop maintenance concepts, OPEX models, and lifecycle costs for track, systems, stations, and facilities.
- Review designs for constructability, maintainability, and lifecycle risk.
- Lead value engineering across civil works, track, energy, signaling, and control systems.




- Support testing, commissioning planning, and technical handover to operations.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary, multicultural teams across international programs.

Responsabilidades

- Civil Engineering degree
- 20+ years of senior rail infrastructure experience (high-speed or conventional)
- Full lifecycle project experience (planning, design, construction, testing u0026 commissioning, operations u0026 maintenance)
- Experience defining maintenance strategy and OPEX models for rail infrastructure
- International project experience with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
