YOUR MISSION
Own the Glovo homepage, one of the most critical surfaces of the platform. Over the next 12 to 18 months, rebuild it so it serves both repeat behavior and discovery in an everyday app. Deliver measurable growth while you support the goals of other teams, including Ads.
THE JOURNEY
- Define and run the homepage roadmap and strategy, with clear links to login/signup and growth.
- Ship and measure experiments that drive GMV and contribution margin growth, with Data Science.
- Rebuild the homepage experience with Design/UX and Engineering, for both repeat orders and discovery.
- Balance growth targets with the needs of Ads, Monetization and other teams that use the homepage.
- Work with Growth, Checkout, Catalog and other domain PMs to deliver shared outcomes.
- Share the vision and results with Product Directors and senior leaders.
