Ampstek is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Payroll to lead IT-driven payroll initiatives in Spain. You will analyze business processes, bridge HR and IT, and support Workday PECI integration and SAP HCM payroll workflows. You will collaborate with IT and business teams to design tests, monitor integrations, resolve incidents, and ensure accurate payroll data across systems.
