About the role: As a Chief Engineer, Digital Design you will serve as the enterprise authority, technical visionary and strategic leader responsible for advancing the organization's digital engineering capabilities and transforming the delivery of engineering, procurement, construction, and project execution. You will drive the evolution from traditional document-centric workflows toward an integrated, data-centric, and AI-enabled operating model that improves business performance, project outcomes, quality, and execution efficiency. As the principal authority for digital engineering strategy, establishes the long-term vision, roadmap, and governance framework for engineering information, digital platforms, process automation,



and emerging technologies. You will align business objectives, engineering processes, technology investments, and industry innovation to create a connected digital ecosystem that serves as the foundation for future project delivery. You will report to the SVP, APX Fleet Deployment and be located at Madrid.
