Key Responsibilities

As a member of the logistics team, you will ensure the seamless flow of materials and support multiple departments. Your main duties will include:

• Order Management: Handle the end-to-end process of orders, including preparation,

verification, receipt, loading/unloading, and efficient storage.

• Material Handling: Package, palletize, unpack, and accurately label materials and products.

• Inbound Logistics: Manage and receive courier deliveries and supplier shipments.

• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy.

• Documentation Support: Prepare, review, and organize shipping and export documentation.

• Cross-Functional Support: Organize and manage materials for the marketing,

sales, and scientific teams, including preparing supplies for conferences, events, and training sessions.

• Facility Maintenance:



Maintain high standards of organization, safety, and cleanliness across all warehouse and logistics areas.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role.

• Languages: Minimum B2 level of English (essential for handling documentation and international coordination).

• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with computers and inventory/logistics management software.

• Key Skills: Strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, a high sense of responsibility, and a problem-solving attitude in dynamic environments.

• Location: Must be currently based in Barcelona.

Desirable Pluses:

- Previous experience in the medical, biotech, pharmaceutical, or clinical sectors.
- Formal training or certifications in logistics, supply chain, or export processes.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
