* Take incoming customer and from boutiques and shops calls and solve users’ demands * Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA * Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers * Ensure contractual SLA is maintained Concentrix is a great match if you: * Have a proficient or bilingual level of Polish, and advanced level of English * Have minimum of 1-year relevant experience in fashion retail or retail * Have knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc) * Are Customer Driven, motivated to work in sales, opportunistic in creating sales leads * Can conduct effective qualification skills to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs * Have exceptional customer-facing and customer-care skills * Have working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office What’s in it for you * Full-time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Fridayfrom 8:00 to 19:00 * Salary 19.623 euros gross/year + up to 1.200 euros gross/year in bonus * Central location in Barc
