TFS Health Science is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Oncology CDS team, with a home-based role in Spain. You will lead multidisciplinary study teams across Site Management, Data Management, Statistics, Medical Writing, Regulatory and Safety, ensuring milestones, budgets and regulatory requirements are met.

You will guide project planning, risk assessment, and governance, mentor junior PMs, and maintain strong client relationships while upholding quality standards in early-phase
