In this fixed-term role, you’ll lead a strategic People Advisor project to modernize employee relations using AI, turning data into proactive people guidance. You’ll partner with our People team across the UK, Barcelona, and Boston to scale ER capabilities, aiming to reduce delays while upholding compliance.

You’ll blend human-centric coaching with smart tech to empower managers and improve people outcomes. This is a high-impact, cross-market initiative with a clear legacy to build.

- Develop and implement AI-enabled, next-generation case management and data analysis workflows
- Act as co-pilot to leaders on performance, conduct, probation, attendance, and policy changes
- Maintain compliant, high-quality documentation with consistent regional application of policies

- Drive ER cases from open to resolution efficiently while preserving care and compliance
- Collaborate with the broader People Team and business units for aligned ER delivery

- Strong judgment and coaching ability to support managers with nuance
