Experteer Overview

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end UX/UI design of selected digital products, applying Lean UX to iterate quickly and measure outcomes. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Data/AI and Business to define problems, hypotheses and success metrics, shaping user journeys and UI that align with our brand and design system.

You will design for both human and synthetic users, ensuring transparent, trusted interactions. Seniority offers ownership, mentoring and cross-team influence.

- Own end-to-end UX/UI design from discovery to delivery for selected products
- Apply Lean UX with iterative steps, sketches and prototypes
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data/AI and Business to define problems, hypotheses and success metrics
- Prioritize design work within the product roadmap and plan sprints
- Design user journeys, flows and interactions across web, app and tools
- Create wireframes and prototypes, delivering UI aligned with brand and accessibility standards
- Utilize AI-assisted tools for ideation, variants, UX copy, localisation and research synthesis
- Design AI-enabled features with emphasis on transparency, user control and trust
- Analyze quantitative data and plan/run user tests to inform decisions
- Contribute to design system,

- Own end-to-end product impact and foster cross-functional alignment

Responsabilidades

- Several years of UX/UI design experience for digital products in agile environments
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design and complex flows
- Proven Lean UX experience with hypothesis-driven, iterative approach
- Proficiency with design/prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, Axure, Framer, Principle)
- Strong data mindset: interpreting quantitative data and turning insights into design decisions
- Solid AI literacy and experience with AI/ML UX implications and tools
- Experience designing for human and synthetic users and understanding interaction contracts
- Excellent communication in English; German a plus
- Senior-level ability to mentor others and influence beyond own product area
