Perk is seeking a proactive Customer Care specialist to support customers on technically complex fintech and accounting software issues. You will resolve incidents, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and act as a go-to internal resource on how the software operates in practice.

You will handle inquiries across Germany, Switzerland, and the rest of Europe, owning requests end-to-end. English is required and German is a plus for DACH accounts.
