DEHN is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our European business units. You will provide day-to-day HR support, drive recruitment, onboarding and talent development across Europe and Africa, and align local needs with general HR standards.
Based near Madrid, you will influence organizational design, compensation, and HR marketing, while delivering training, succession planning, and data-driven HR analytics to optimize FTE planning and cost control.
