Experteer Overview

As an Industry Technical Consultant and closed loop systems SME, you will lead practical technical guidance across customer applications and innovation programs. You translate chemistry, materials compatibility, and heat transfer knowledge into actionable recommendations for customers, sales teams, and Ru0026amp;D.

You will support field teams, troubleshoot complex cooling and closed loop challenges, and drive operational improvements. This role offers impact in sustainability-focused solutions and exposure to cutting-edge direct-to-chip liquid cooling initiatives.

- Support direct-to-chip liquid cooling applications within the closed loop portfolio
- Engage with clients to assess requirements and provide training and optimization support
- Lead root cause analysis to resolve application or best-practice concerns at customer sites
- Assess water treatment programs and quantify operational efficiency improvements in formal reports
- Collaborate with Ru0026D and Marketing on innovation projects from ideation to launch
- Lead innovation pilots,



technical trials, and market trials
- Deliver value through problem-solving and measurable outcomes for customers
- Facilitate training for associates and customers to build expertise
- Coach colleagues on processes, applications, technologies, and value documentation

Responsabilidades

- Demonstrable technical expertise in closed loop systems, water treatment, and thermal management
- Ability to apply core technical principles across chemistry, materials compatibility, fluid selection, heat transfer, automation, and monitoring
- Inquisitive mindset and openness to disruptive technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with coaching experience
- Value-driven, results-oriented approach focused on measurable savings and impact
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout Europe
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (Chemistry or Microbiology)
- 5+ years experience in related cooling and water treatment fields
