This role is perfect for individuals with a strong background in software implementation and a desire to help Spanish-speaking clients effectively integrate new technology into their operations.Responsibilities Lead the implementation of software solutions for Spanish-speaking clients, guiding them through each phase of the process. Conduct needs assessments to tailor the software solutions to meet client-specific requirements. Provide training and support to clients on software functionalities, ensuring they effectively utilize the system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues efficiently. Document all implementation processes and client interactions accurately for future reference in our CRM system. Gather feedback from clients post-implementation to identify areas for improvement and enhance user experience.



Stay updated on software updates and industry trends to provide clients with the best possible service. Requirements Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and oral, is essential. Proven experience in software implementation or project management is highly desirable. Strong technical skills and an understanding of software functionality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients. Ability to provide training and support in a clear and engaging manner. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach. Experience using CRM software and managing client data.
