Overview

In this role you will independently lead full-service oncology trials across global sites, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget while coordinating cross-functional teams. You’ll manage client relationships, study oversight, and end-to-end study activities from proposal through completion. The position combines scientific understanding with strategic project execution to drive high-quality trial outcomes. Join a collaborative, high-energy team shaping precision oncology research.

Responsabilidades

- Lead full-service clinical projects across integral/ph I-IV oncology trials
- Oversee all functional departments to ensure timelines, scope, cost and quality
- Manage client relationships, project team, budget and timelines
- Lead proposal strategy, development, costing and bid defence
- Possibly run international trials as needed
- Act as primary client liaison and deliver excellent customer service
- Coordinate with project team and senior management including C-level stakeholders
- Manage all trial aspects: data management, safety, clinical, medical monitoring, biostatistics
- Prepare project status updates and define key deliverables and performance metrics




- Prepare and review protocols, project plans, informed consent documents, site contracts and budgets

Requisitos principales

- Degree or similar related life science qualification or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a full-service/global Project Management role in a CRO
- Extensive Clinical Operations experience in a CRO with at least 4 years of full-service PM in clinical trials
- Experience managing oncology studies
- Working understanding of GCP/ICH and clinical development process
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (including overnight stays)
- Fluent in English; strong presentation skills
- Proven computer skills (MS Office, MS Project, Power Point) and software experience (CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IXRS)
- Proven ability to build positive working relationships
- Understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial activities relating to development plans
