Experteer Overview In this role you will be a senior member of a self-managed delivery team focused on the high-throughput connectivity layer that drives our search and supplier traffic.

You will shape technical direction, build in C# and Go, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance and reliability.

You’ll ship safely in a high-volume environment with feature flags and incremental rollouts, while mentoring others and contributing to a culture of trust and collaboration.

and secure code following design patterns and SOLID principles• Collaborate with QA to enable automated testing and reliable deployments• Lead by example, mentoring peers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing• Raise technical debt with data-backed improvement ideas• Document work (specs, decisions, recommendations) to prevent single points of failure

Responsabilidades• 5+ years of backend software development with production experience in C# (.NET) and/or Go (ideally both)• Strong .NET performance knowledge (async/await internals, garbage collector, Span and pooling)• Solid understanding of concurrency and multithreading (thread safety, locking, race conditions, deadlocks)• Working knowledge of Linux and HTTP clients (HTTP/1.1/2, connection pooling, TLS, DNS, timeouts, cancellation)• Hands-on experience benchmarking and profiling; diagnosing CPU/memory/GC issues with real tooling• Experience shipping safely in high-traffic production systems using feature flags, incremental rollout, rollback, metrics and tracing• Effective everyday use of AI coding tools• Fluent English communication (written and spoken)Requisitos principales•
