Overview

In this role you will help clients in transport, mobility and infrastructure address strategic, operational and organisational challenges. You will develop transformation roadmaps, operating models and business cases, and you will lead workstreams across multidisciplinary teams. You’ll translate complex issues into actionable programmes and support executive discussions with data-driven insights. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, offering exposure to high-impact projects in a growing Arup consulting capability.

Responsabilidades

- Support clients in strategic, operational and organisational challenges in the transport/mobility sector
- Develop strategic assessments, transformation roadmaps and implementation plans
- Design future operating models and support organisational change
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement
- Translate complex challenges into structured recommendations and actionable programmes
- Develop business cases and option assessments for major programmes
- Evaluate implications of investment decisions and help prioritise transformation programmes
- Lead consulting workstreams and coordinate multidisciplinary input
- Manage project planning,



quality assurance and communications with clients
- Coach and mentor junior consultants and support business development

Requisitos principales

- 6+ years in management consulting, strategy, transformation or related fields
- Experience in business case development, transformation programmes, operating model design or strategic planning
- Experience leading complex workstreams and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with quantitative and qualitative data
- Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communications
- Ability to work independently in evolving environments
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's highly desirable
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point; data analysis tools familiarity
