In this role you lead the Patients and Digital Channels strategy for Dermatology within the Dupixent franchise, driving market penetration and adoption. You collaborate across Sales, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to align integral objectives with local execution. You will develop educational and promotional materials, manage GTM plans, and build stakeholder partnerships to inform the marketing strategy. You’ll combine market insights with competitive analysis to optimize the brand’s A&P; budget and support the field with effective tools and training. - Lead strategic marketing plan for Patients and Digital Channels in Dermatology
- Develop and execute marketing tactical plan aligned with general objectives
- Coordinate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access and other functions
- Create educational and promotional materials with consistent brand messaging
- Establish partnerships with key stakeholders (KOLs) and integrate external insights into strategy
- Perform market and competitive analysis using reports, studies, field visits, and KOL input
- Maintain contact with Global Marketing for local market insights and strategy alignment
- Manage A&P; budget to maximize objective achievement
- Support sales force excellence with training and competitive tools
Requisitos principales
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related Health Sciences; Master’s or MBA preferred
- Experience in Marketing & Digital channels
- Dermatology market experience valued
- Strong strategic thinking and market analysis skills
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Proficient communication and presentation in English and Spanish
