Overview

In this role you ensure transparent, compliant public disclosure of Bayer's clinical trial information across international and company websites. You contribute to the ongoing development of disclosure processes, adapting to evolving legal and regulatory requirements. You work with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, accurate trial postings and maintain data consistency. Your work supports Bayer's commitment to quality, regulatory adherence, and public trust. You play a key role in shaping our trial information governance and disclosure strategy.

Responsabilidades

- Oversee public disclosure of clinical trial information and ensure timely posting of trial summaries on international and company websites according to internal rules, external guidelines, and general legislation
- Provide up-to-date and consistent Clinical Trial Posting data on required company-owned and public websites
- Perform formal quality control of publicly disclosed clinical trial information following QA processes
- Contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of Bayer’s disclosure processes in response to evolving legal, regulatory, and industry requirements
- Interact with study and product teams, Nuclei, SM teams,



Reg Aff and other CD&O; / MA / PV and CH managers and teams

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor in Business Administration or Life Sciences (or related discipline) or equivalent
- Understanding of global legislations, regulations and guidelines (e.g., ICH/GCP)
- Understanding of the drug development process across phases
- User-level IT skills and quick learner of IT processes and systems
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Project management: ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects in an agile, outcome-focused manner
- Agility, accountability, self-organization and prioritization for timely, high-quality results
- Solution-oriented mindset with timely issue identification and resolution
- Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain complex topics clearly
