Overview

In this role, you will help design and optimize centralized operational processes that support TD SYNNEX’s Cloud and ISV activities across 20+ European countries. You will own pricing and margin frameworks, ensuring accuracy and profitability while aligning with vendor and business objectives. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, drive governance, and implement scalable, compliant services that enhance the customer lifecycle. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced, international environment with a clear focus on growth and operational excellence.

Responsabilidades

- Design and optimize centralized operational processes for TD SYNNEX Cloud and ISV business in EMEA
- Own ISV Syndication pricing and margin frameworks, governance and alignment across countries
- Lead implementation and continuous improvement of cloud operational frameworks and monitoring
- Act as business owner for operational system enablement, defining requirements and automation opportunities




- Manage cross-functional projects, product launches, pricing programs and operational initiatives
- Ensure compliance and governance across pricing, margins, vendor activities and service delivery

Requisitos principales

- Strong understanding of eCommerce, software distribution, and cloud/SaaS models
- Moderate Power BI / Excel knowledge
- Knowledge of vendor management and IT channel ecosystems
- Proven project management experience with analytical and strategic thinking
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment
- Strong customer-focused mindset for improving processes and service delivery
- Knowledge of legal, compliance, and governance requirements
- Experience collaborating with geographically dispersed teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management in English
