In this Barcelona-based Lead Product Manager role, you drive growth for Rover’s international markets within the Bookings group, building easy ways for pet parents to connect with sitters. You’ll work in a truly empowered team, pursuing bold product or business-model changes rather than minor optimizations. The position is hybrid (Barcelona office two days weekly) and suits someone who thrives on high visibility and cross-functional collaboration. Responsabilidades

- Define and execute roadmaps aligned to company goals to accelerate international growth
- Partner with Design and Engineering to deliver compelling product experiences
- Improve user experience to drive business impact and growth




- Experiment with dramatic product or business-model changes, not just optimisations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect pet parents with sitters through the booking flow
- Analyze customer feedback from qualitative and quantitative sources to inform decisions

Requisitos principales

- 8+ years of Product Management experience
- Proven ability to drive business impact through improved user experience
- Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets and analytics tools (Amplitude, Mode)
- Comfortable with SQL
- Roadmaps developed in alignment with team charter and company goals
- Experience delivering cross-functional product experiences
- Experience handling customer feedback from multiple sources
