In this role you drive complex, cross-functional programs within Deal & Partner Operations to translate requirements into scalable processes. You will lead initiatives end-to-end, align parallel workstreams, and guide programs toward measurable outcomes in a global, evolving environment. You’ll partner with leadership to identify gaps, assess risks, and implement data-driven solutions, automation, and AI to boost efficiency. You’ll also help with organizational readiness and change adoption, influencing without formal authority in a dynamic setting. Responsabilidades

- Lead cross-functional programs from scoping to implementation aligned with strategic objectives
- Translate subject-matter requirements into clear business requirements, scalable processes, and operational solutions
- Manage multiple parallel workstreams, integrating dependencies, risks, and decisions
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies and introduce innovative technologies and solutions




- Influence stakeholders without direct authority to support decision-making and outcomes
- Partner with leadership through regular program reviews to monitor progress and risks
- Lead change management and organizational readiness activities
- Leverage AI, data, and business applications to automate routine work and improve program communications
- Build organizational capability by developing subject-matter experts across sales tools and processes

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field
- Significant experience leading complex, cross-functional programs from definition through implementation
- Experience in program management or operations within a integral organization
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision capability
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences
- Experience leading change-management or process adoption activities
- Proficiency with business applications; Salesforce, Airtable, Share Point or similar tools beneficial
