Overview

In this role you contribute as a growing subject matter expert within Collaboration Technical Services, resolving client requirements in line with SLAs. You handle configurations, installations, and break/fix events, while progressing toward professional certification and expanding business knowledge. You will support project lifecycles, document SOPs, and engage with customers through presentations. You work under guidance from senior engineers, developing core skills in security and cloud-focused technologies to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Responsabilidades

- Own larger portions of installations and break/fix incidents with low to medium complexity
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems during project lifecycles; escalate complex issues to third parties
- Assist with documenting standard operating procedures for installations and fixes
- Maintain project administration (time capture, stakeholder feedback)
- Deliver elementary presentations within the customer organization
- Take direction from senior resources on relevant technologies and best practices




- Perform related tasks as required

Requisitos principales

- Moderate level experience in SOC operations
- Moderate level experience with SIEM usage in Azure/AWS/GCP
- Moderate level experience with security technologies (firewall, IPS, IDS, proxy)
- Moderate level experience in technical client support and end-to-end security incident handling
- Moderate level experience in security analysis/engineering and configuring security controls (SIEM, firewall, IDS/IPS, EDR, SOAR)
- Strong learning orientation and client service mindset
- Good verbal communication skills
- Hands-on proactive approach
- Knowledge of security concepts and security architecture
- Familiarity with log collection mechanisms (Syslog, log files, DB API)
- ETL concepts and data processing at scale; Terraform exposure
