Overview

In this role, you will shape and drive global change strategies for CD&O; and DS&AI; initiatives within Pharma R&D;, enabling adoption of new ways of working, processes, tools, and capabilities. You will partner with sponsors, leaders, and teams to deliver measurable business outcomes and sustain change across a global program. You’ll apply structured change management and Agile practices to guide stakeholders through complex transformations and AI-enabled opportunities. This position offers high impact by aligning global priorities with Bayer’s change framework and driving strategic adoption.

Responsabilidades

- Shape and lead global change strategies for CD&O; and DS&AI; initiatives aligned with Pharma R&D; priorities
- Assess change impact, readiness, risks, and sponsorship needs, translating insights into integrated plans
- Advise sponsors and leaders to strengthen decision-making and leadership commitment to change
- Develop general communication, engagement, and enablement approaches for leaders, stakeholders, and end-users
- Orchestrate learning and enablement activities,



aligning with learning partners to support adoption of new processes and tools
- Define, monitor, and act on adoption and change success metrics to evaluate effectiveness
- Lead change management across multiple initiatives or portfolios with prioritization and transparency

Requisitos principales

- University degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, or related discipline
- Extensive experience (5–10+ years) in change management, communications, or organizational transformation
- Strong understanding of Pharma R&D; environments, with experience supporting CD&O; and DS&AI; functions
- Ability to develop leadership, stakeholder, and end-user materials
- Experience applying structured change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Bayer Change Framework)
