Experteer Overview In this Engineering Manager role, you lead the Global High-Tech (GHT) engineering team across Europe to deliver scalable water treatment solutions.

You will oversee design, delivery and handover of complex projects, working with commercial teams and partners to ensure on-time, on-budget execution to high technical standards.

You influence architecture, ensure proposals reach maturity, and drive continuous improvement across a multidisciplinary team.

The position combines engineering leadership with people and project management in a safety-conscious, collaborative environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary GHT engineering team (engineering leads, project engineers, project managers, back-office)• Set priorities and allocate resources across the opportunity and project portfolio• Develop capabilities, succession planning and communities of practice• Collaborate with Central Engineering and shared resources• Qualify opportunities with CAMs/BDMs and translate requirements into engineering solutions• Oversee architecture, design basis, scope boundaries, interfaces, risks and deviations• Ensure maturity of technical proposals, estimates and schedules before commitment• Provide senior technical leadership in customer and partner discussions• Governance from concept through procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning and handover• Ensure scope, schedule, cost, quality,



HSE and compliance targets are met• Establish project review and escalation routines; manage interfaces, changes, resources, risks• Resolve critical technical and execution challenges; capture and apply lessons learned• Develop reusable standards, specifications, templates and modular architectures• Drive scalable, modular GHT solutions with appropriate customization• Implement design reviews, document control, QA and technical approvals• Use feedback to drive continuous improvement• Manage external partners; define scopes, expectations and performance standards• Collaborate across Sales, CAM, ITC, RDu0026E, Marketing, Procurement, Finance, Legal, HSE, Operations and Service• Represent the GHT Engineering portfolio in governance and leadership reviews

Responsabilidades• Degree in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, Process, Electrical Engineering or related discipline• Significant experience in water and wastewater treatment process design• Knowledge of design basis development, mass balances, process selection, equipment sizing, PFDs, Pu0026IDs and specifications• Proven experience delivering water treatment plants through multidisciplinary teams and international projects• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams• Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and packaged systems• Understanding of project commercial fundamentals: CAPEX, cost control, change management, contracts, risk allocation• Fluent written and spoken English• Willingness to travel across Europe up to 50%Requisitos principales•
