Experteer Overview As ASOC Operational Officer, you will help run Allianz Security Operations Center by monitoring threats and incidents, coordinating responses, and producing clear situational updates.

You will work within Allianz Services to support cross-functional incident handling and governance across geographies.

The role focuses on reliable, discreet operations in a fast-paced, on-call environment, contributing to a scalable, 24/7 security capability.

You will partner with Intelligence, Cyber SOC and Protection u0026amp; Resilience teams to strengthen resilience and protect people, assets, and operations.

Compensaciones / Incentivos• Monitor, triage, and escalate security alerts and incidents following ASOC procedures• Execute initial incident response actions and coordinate with local teams and emergency services when needed• Operate security platforms such as travel security, mass notification, access control, and incident management systems• Provide updates, summaries, and documentation for governance and reporting• Collaborate with ASOC, Intelligence, Cyber SOC, Protection u0026 Resilience, Communications,



and other stakeholders• Support post-incident reviews, drills, and preparedness activities for major incidents and crises• Track performance metrics, handle sensitive information securely, and ensure compliance with data protection and governance requirements

Responsabilidades• 2-5 years in security operations, incident response, crisis management support, control rooms, SOCs, or similar 24/7 environments• Solid understanding of incident management processes (intake, triage, escalation, logging, handovers)• Practical experience with travel security, emergency response, executive protection, event security, and crisis management• Experience with mass notification and incident management platforms• Understanding of hybrid threat environments (physical, cyber, geopolitical, reputational) affecting multinational organizations• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and discreet handling of sensitive information
