Experteer Overview In this role, you act as an embedded transformation leader blending digital strategy, advanced analytics, and hands-on delivery to elevate Pharma Technical Operations.

You’ll guide high-impact initiatives that replace legacy models with scalable, tech-enabled capabilities, working with cross-functional stakeholders across the globe.

You’ll apply data-driven diagnostics and behavioral change approaches to realize measurable value while shaping digital and data governance.

Responsabilidades• 4+ years leading digital, data, or operational excellence transformations in complex, matrixed environments• 2+ years in pharmaceutical operations, biotechnology, healthcare IT, or regulated GxP industries• Solid grasp of data architecture, AI/ML applications, and shopfloor automation• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma, Agile/SAFe, Design Thinking, and Organisational Change Management (e.g., Prosci) frameworks• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills• Proven ability to deliver financial and operational value through digital/data solutions
