Experteer Overview In this role you act as a subject matter expert for closed loop systems, driving technical leadership across customer applications, Ru0026amp;D, and field teams.

You will tackle closed loop chemistry, microbiology, heat transfer, and direct-to-chip cooling, translating complex science into practical customer solutions.

You collaborate to support growth, sustainability, and innovation, delivering training and validating new technologies.

You will travel in Europe to support diverse customers while elevating our differentiated capabilities.

Compensaciones / Ventajas• Collaborate with field sales and corporate account teams to advance technical sales opportunities• Support direct-to-chip liquid cooling projects (commissioning, integration within the closed loop portfolio) and interface with facility infrastructure• Assess customer closed loop and thermal needs, recommend treatments and operational solutions, and provide training for proper deployment• Lead root-cause analyses to resolve application or best-practice concerns at customer sites• Evaluate water treatment programs and quantify operational efficiency improvements in formal reports• Partner with Ru0026D and Marketing on innovation projects from ideation through Phase Gate milestones• Lead innovation pilots, technical trials,



and market trials• Deliver value through problem-solving and by translating expertise into actionable customer impact• Facilitate training for associates and customers to build capability and proficiency

Responsabilidades• Demonstrable expertise in closed loop systems, water treatment, and thermal management• Ability to apply chemistry, materials compatibility, fluid selection, heat transfer, automation, and digital monitoring to real-world applications• Inquisitive mindset and openness to disruptive technologies• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to coach stakeholders• Value-driven with focus on measurable savings and impact• Willingness and ability to travel throughout Europe• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (Chemistry or Microbiology)• 5+ years experience in related cooling or water treatment domains• Self-motivated, proactive, team-oriented with urgency and impact• Valid Driver's License and acceptable motor vehicle record• English CV required for this European role
