Compensaciones / Beneficios• Develop clinical operational strategy and ensure programs are executed on-time, within budget, and to company objectives• Translate asset strategy into operational execution by developing the clinical operations plan and connecting science with business, operations,



patients and customers• Identify and evaluate program-level risks and mitigations• Interact with and influence senior management and cross-functional teams to meet program objectives• Review and provide clinical operations content to clinical and regulatory documents• Manage external budgets across portfolios (up to multi-million dollars)• Mentor and develop study managers; lead talent development in Development Operations• Create an inclusive, innovative learning environment for staff and programs• Ensure program execution in compliance with ICH/GCP, global regulations, and Abb

Responsabilidades• 12+ years of Pharma-related/clinical research experience• 8+ years in clinical research demonstrating leadership and strategic impact• Proven ability to lead a global team on multiple complex studies• COaching/mentoring and people management experience (remote management preferred)• Expertise in SOPs, ICH, integral regulations, ethics and compliance• Experience in study initiation through completion across phases (Phase 1-3, 4)• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
