Experteer Overview In this role you shape end-to-end service experiences across Outpayce and Amadeus, blending strategy with hands-on design to make complex solutions usable, scalable and commercially sound.

You will influence cross-functional teams and align service design with digital product validation, interfaces and interactions.

You’ll lead strategic service design work while remaining hands-on in UX design and research to drive impactful, evidence-based outcomes.

Legal and Customer Support• Partner with UX Research and Data to plan and synthesize research• Turn evidence into prioritized opportunities and validated concepts• Connect design outcomes to adoption, revenue enablement and efficiency• Frame options, dependencies, trade-offs and value for roadmaps• Recommend experience-led decision frameworks and KPIs• Act as a service design and UX reference across initiatives• Facilitate workshops, co-creation sessions and design reviews• Share knowledge to strengthen service design maturity

Responsabilidades• Significant service or experience design leadership in complex environments• Hands-on UX design and/or user research experience from insight to validated digital experience• Experience in fintech, payments or regulated environments (desirable)• Proven influence across Product, Technology, Operations and Business teams• Experience using AI to accelerate design and research with human judgment and traceability
