Experteer Overview As a Desktop HVD Specialist, you will design, build, and support the remote desktop infrastructure for a global production environment.

You will join the Desktop HVD Team to manage Xen

Desktop environments, ensuring high performance and stability for thousands of users.

You will handle incident resolution, lifecycle management, and on-call rotations, contributing to a secure and efficient digital workspace.

This role offers opportunities to shape desk‑side and remote access services within a large multinational bank.

Compensaciones / Ventajas• Manage incidents and service requests within the Citrix Xen

Desktop infrastructure• Provide technical support for virtual desktop and remote PC users• Monitor health and performance of HVD and Remote PC systems• Perform lifecycle management including builds, security patches, and upgrades• Draft and test operational runbooks and procedures• Participate in technical projects, migrations, and disaster recovery operations• Ensure ITSM processes for incident,



problem, and change management compliance

Responsabilidades• 5+ years in a similar role within a large multinational environment• Strong Citrix Xen

Desktop and virtualization skills• Proficient Windows 10/11 configuration and Microsoft Active Directory (GPOs)• Power

Shell and VBS scripting for automation and data collection• Familiarity with ITSM tools and collaboration with network and storage teams• Fluent in English; French is a plus• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and planned interventions• Preferred: SCCM, SQL, or ITIL Foundation certification
